Frédéric MARTEL

42 years old, agricultural engineer from AgroParisTech and PhD on biochemistry and microbiology.

Since 2009 : General Manager of PROCETHOL 2G, in charge of Futurol Project, aiming at implementing a viable process of second generation bioethanol starting from various lignocellulosic feedstocks, in partnership with ARD, CGB, Credit Agricole du Nord-Est, IFPEN, INRA, Lesaffre, ONF, Tereos, Total, Unigrains , Vivescia.

From 2002 to 2008 : Head of Departement of R&D of Fractionation of agricultural plants at ARD (Agro-industrie Recherches et Developpements, Reims, France).

From 1999 to 2001 : Start-up of a Vitamin C plant through fermentation process by a joint-venture of Cargill-Cerestar, BASF and Merck (Krefeld, Germany).

From 1997 to 1999 : R&D engineer at Technical University of Compiegne (Compiegne, France), preparating of PhD thesis in the same time.
