Franck Thumerel has over 15 years in starch industry. His experience includes Technical, Marketing and Sales.

Employement history :

In 1994, he joined Bourigeaud SA as technical support manager for the paints, inks and varnishes additives market.

In 1998 Franck Thumerel joined Roquette at their worldwide headquarters in Lestrem, Northern France as Technical Support Manager and Sales Manager within the Chemical Unit.

In 2007 he joined the Renewable Chemistry Programme Management as Business Development & Marketing Manager. The Renewable Chemistry Programme manages the umbrella programme called BioHub® supported by OSEO Innovation. The object of the BioHub® programme is to develop with industrial and scientific partners new production outlets for chemicals based on renewable agricultural raw materials such as grain.

Since 2013, he joined the Roquette Global Market Unit Plant Based Solution to be in charge of the business development of solutions for the Performance Platics markets.
